Discounts: Multi-deliverable bundles may qualify for up to 10 % discount on the labour portion when three or more documents are commissioned together. Retainer clients may receive preferred rates of 5 %–10 % on once-off items outside the monthly scope. Repeat engagements benefit from 10 %–15 % lower fees where templates already exist.
Referral credits: Referral credits typically start at R500 per referral or 5 % of the first invoice (capped at R2 500).
Add-ons: Site visits, stakeholder interviews, expanded annexures, large data clean-ups, complex calculations and scenario modelling are quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities & Scope Exclusions
To keep fees predictable, clients should provide complete and accurate information as early as possible, confirm the intended audience and required format, and review drafts promptly where review cycles are included in scope.
For engineering services in particular, please provide:

- Required deadline and intended audience (client, insurer, OEM, regulator, etc.)
Scope Exclusions
Fees exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Statutory filing fees, CIPC fees, verification‑agency fees, software subscriptions, certification‑body costs, travel, site visits and unusually complex remediation work are excluded unless explicitly included in the written quotation.
